Integrated Economic Development Strategy and Transportation Corridor Study Services

The issuing agency is seeking integrated economic development strategy and transportation corridor study services. The agency needs to develop a comprehensive five-year economic development strategy alongside a public involvement and communications strategy that supports a recommended election initiative. The selected provider must assess existing and future roadway capacity along key north-south corridors, prioritize infrastructure investments, and evaluate future transportation demands associated with commercial growth. Additional responsibilities include identifying target industries, providing project management, establishing a public engagement process, and delivering marketing, branding, retail recruitment, and workforce initiatives. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA organizations. The agency allows the performance of the work to be completed offsite. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget. The agency has scheduled a pre-bid meeting for June 16, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions no later than June 26, 2026. The evaluation of proposals will be based on the submitted bids addressing all the outlined economic development and transportation planning requirements.
