Strategies Evaluation Provider Service

The agency is seeking a strategies evaluation provider to adapt and implement intervention strategies for men with HIV who are not consistently engaged in care or who face serious barriers to staying in care. The project aims to reduce new HIV infections in the United States by focusing on care and treatment strategies that help people reach viral suppression, thereby preventing sexual transmission. To achieve this, the agency wants to reach individuals who are out of care by leveraging partnerships, focusing interventions, and engaging communities. The selected provider must conduct a multi-site implementation science evaluation and rapidly integrate data into user-friendly implementation materials. These materials will facilitate future implementation and promote the scale-up and sustainability of selected interventions across the agency. Through this work, the agency intends to improve customer experience, improve access to health information, put healthcare back in people's hands, and protect confidentiality and privacy. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the requested work will take place offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed specific key dates or evaluation criteria in the sourcing details.
