Marketing and Public Relations Services

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive marketing, advertising, public relations, branding, media relations, social media, and promotional services. The agency needs to solve the challenge of reaching diverse target audiences, including adults over the age of twenty-one for adult-specific events and private organizations that may rent the Zoo for catered events. The scope of work covers strategic marketing planning, branding, media buying, creative development, public relations, social media management, website contact support, event promotion, conservation messaging, analytics reporting, and community outreach support. The selected vendor must conduct research and develop recommendations for paid and earned media across television, radio, print, and online advertising campaign components. The project requires the vendor to conceptualize and create advertisement content for print, digital, radio, television, and social media, as well as develop, distribute, and catalog all press releases and media announcements. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost of services.
