Employee Assistance Program Services

The West Columbia, South Carolina government authority is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive employee assistance program services. The agency needs to promote the program by informing employees of available services through onsite group meetings, written publications, and website materials. Additionally, the agency requires training and consultation for supervisors and managers, in coordination with Human Resources staff, regarding referral techniques and program procedures. The scope of work includes providing confidential assessments, interviews, and limited counseling services for both voluntary and supervisor-referred participants. The selected vendor must also evaluate and develop cost-effective, relevant community resources to facilitate employee referrals. All contracted work will be performed offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and will accept digital submissions via email or online.
