Neighborhood EV Outreach and Education Services

The County is seeking a vendor to provide neighborhood electric vehicle (EV) outreach and education services. This initiative supports the installation of publicly-accessible EV charging infrastructure to increase access for communities and areas with gaps in EV charging. The high-priority locations for filling these gaps are low- and moderate-income neighborhoods, rural areas, and neighborhoods with multifamily housing. The selected vendor must provide education and outreach events for residents in these prospective charging site neighborhoods. The scope of work requires enhancing event attendees' awareness of the benefits of EVs and EV charging, as well as sharing information about available EV incentives. The vendor must also increase attendees' awareness of EV charging and the planned charging stations in their specific neighborhoods. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. Performance of the requested work will take place offsite. The County has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than June 12, 2026.
