The Creation and Production of Recipe, Cooking and Food Skills Videos in Various Formats Service

The agency is trying to reach less confident, beginner cooks who want to start cooking at home. The creative tone of the videos must be natural, encouraging, light-hearted, and relaxed. The scope of work covers the creation of approximately seventy social-first style recipe videos over a twenty-six-month period. The agency requires the vendor to supply the footage in appropriate formats for upload to multiple channels, including Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and the contracting authority website. Performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in Ireland.
