Joint Job Classification and Evaluation Framework Services

The British Columbia government authority is seeking a vendor to provide joint job classification and evaluation framework services. The authority needs to educate its working committee members on current public sector job evaluation landscapes, trends, and best practices to inform decision-making. The project aims to establish and measure relative internal job value through new evaluation criteria and to govern job evaluation triggers with clear guidelines and processing timelines. The scope of work covers developing operational documents and forms to support the framework, as well as revising the current job description template. The selected vendor must collaborate with the committee to reach an agreement on the evaluation of all positions within the newly developed framework. Additionally, the authority requires strategies to address differences between current and new classifications, along with communication plans to introduce the framework to bargaining unit members and management. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located in Canada. The authority requires the performance of all work to take place offsite.
