The Delaware government authority is seeking a legal services contractor to manage real estate transactions and serve as outside general counsel. The scope of work also encompasses public housing authority and housing management counsel. The agency needs legal representation in landlord-tenant litigation, guidance on HUD regulations, and support for Rental Assistance Demonstration repositioning transactions. The contractor will advise on fair housing compliance, draft housing assistance payment contracts, and provide legal opinions and risk assessments. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and will accept digital submissions via email or online.
