Professional Consulting Services for School Street Feasibility Concept Development and Implementation Study Services

The Town of Moraga, California is seeking professional consulting services to conduct a feasibility concept development and implementation study for future School Street improvements and related multimodal connectivity. The study must evaluate access, safety, right-of-way, traffic, utility, drainage, environmental, and implementation considerations to address local transportation and connectivity needs. The selected consultant will develop and compare conceptual alternatives, conduct targeted coordination with Town staff, key property owners, affected agencies, utility owners, and other stakeholders, and recommend a preferred concept for future advancement. The scope of work requires the preparation of preliminary concept plans, a planning-level cost estimate, and an implementation roadmap for future phases. This roadmap must identify likely environmental reviews, approvals, funding sources, and any necessary updates to specific plans or related Town documents. The agency expects the consultant to coordinate only the level of stakeholder, utility, access, environmental, and related effort reasonably needed to support the feasibility evaluation, concept development, and implementation planning. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to occur offsite.
