Contingency Management Service

The Morris County government authority in New Jersey is seeking a provider to implement a contingency management program for individuals with substance use disorder. This behavioral treatment approach must incentivize individuals to complete specific treatment goals, such as attendance, abstinence from specific substances, and medication adherence. The selected provider will develop a tailored incentive program using voucher-based or prize-based rewards to meet the unique needs of each participant. The scope of work requires the provider to evaluate and record how and when participants meet their goals, as well as manage the distribution of incentives over the course of treatment. The agency is issuing a contract for a one-year period, and the performance of all work must occur offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget, and bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 11, 2026.
