Carts and Trainings Systems

The Cherokee Nation is seeking a vendor to provide carts and training systems to a government authority located in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. The agency needs these educational systems to facilitate hands-on instruction in electrical, HVAC, and mechanical disciplines. The requested equipment will support technical training programs by providing standardized, freestanding learning platforms. The scope of work requires the delivery of six basic electrical wiring systems and one air conditioning and refrigeration learning system measuring twenty-six inches by sixteen inches by fourteen inches with English components. The vendor must also provide an electrical controls training system and a basic hand tool and fastener training system measuring twenty-four inches by twenty-four inches. To support these systems, the agency requires a freestanding training system cart measuring thirty inches by sixteen inches by thirty-six inches. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the work, including the assembly and preparation of the equipment, will take place offsite prior to delivery. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for cost proposals from qualified vendors to determine the financial framework of the contract.
