RFI for Community Energy Management Services

The Sacramento Municipal Utility District, a government authority located in Sacramento, California, is seeking community energy management services to support its operations and assist other public utilities and agencies. The agency requires a services manager to oversee administrative, financial, and contractual operations. This manager will collaborate with the agency on service delivery, contract renewals, and the development of new contracts. The scope of work covers comprehensive financial and contract management. The selected vendor must manage vendor invoicing, vendor contracts including amendments, monthly vendor invoicing, vendor payables, and general accounting. Additionally, the vendor must handle client receivables, client monthly invoicing, client contracts, and provide regular reporting on the services delivered. The agency is issuing this request for information to gather proposals and budget estimates for a one-year contract period. Only onshore vendors located within the United States are eligible to submit proposals. The agency requires the selected vendor to perform all work offsite.
