RFI for Impaired Driver Program Service

The government authority in Albany, New York is seeking information to support its Impaired Driver Program, which aims to reduce recidivism by educating offenders about the dangers of impaired driving. To optimize the program, the agency requires analysis and recommendations regarding in-person instruction, remote instruction, and synchronous and asynchronous instruction. The agency also requires recommendations on curriculum content and scope designed to best reduce recidivism and improve traffic safety. Eligible respondents must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative.
