Tier 2 Environmental Review Services

The government authority in New Mexico requires Tier 2 environmental review services to support its operations. Additionally, the authority requires the maintenance of task-order tracking systems, with weekly or monthly updates on review progression, consultation status, publication status, and clearance milestones. Bidders must perform all work onsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The authority will award a contract for a one-year period. While the authority has not disclosed a specific budget, it is requesting proposals to determine the cost of these services. The authority will hold a pre-bid conference on June 15, 2026.
