Community Solar Subscription Services

The City of Syracuse, New York, is seeking community solar subscription services to reduce its municipal energy costs and track environmental impact. The agency needs a participating contractor to review municipal energy bill information, provide a draft contract, execute the final agreement, and respond to city inquiries in a timely manner. The contract must specify any early termination requirements and penalties, define the specific solar farm allocation allotted to the city, and establish a fixed rate discount for the duration of the contract period. Additionally, the contractor must manage and track leads, coordinate with National Grid and the city's third-party energy manager, and participate in monthly progress calls. The contractor must perform all work offsite at their own office premises. The agency requires monthly reporting on lead status, work completed for each account, account transfers, monthly allocations, greenhouse gas reductions, and monetary savings. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based entirely in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget and pricing structure for these services.
