The Arizona-based government authority is seeking a prime consultant to support the terminal modernization program at the international airport. The selected vendor will conduct building system demand, capacity, and code requirement assessments, and provide recommendations for connecting to existing airport infrastructure including water, sanitary, gas, power, and stormwater. Additionally, the scope of work includes completing a design feasibility study to validate spatial constraints from the Project Definition Report, conducting a vehicle traffic study on departures and arrivals levels, and developing a passenger facilitation strategy focused on automation and wayfinding. The project also covers branding and theme works, ticketing and baggage claim areas, and security screening. At the sole discretion of the airport authority, the contract may optionally extend to include preliminary and detailed design, construction administration, and closeout services for the modernization program. All performance of the work must occur offsite. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The authority is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for these services. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this procurement no later than June 26, 2026.
