Job Order General Contracting Services

Williamson County in Georgetown, Texas is seeking a vendor to provide job order general contracting services for the county's Facilities Management Job Order Contracting Program. The county is trying to secure an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity arrangement to perform a broad range of construction services on an as-needed basis. The scope of work covers new and minor construction, repairs, renovations, alterations, maintenance projects, and professional supervision. The selected contractor must manage and perform all construction tasks, including transportation, mobilization, insurance, subcontracts, bonds, supervision, management, reports, incidentals, badge access, and quality control for each issued and accepted task order. The county will award contracts with a firm-fixed contract price based on coefficient multipliers. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States.
