RFI for Health Center Operations Services

The scope of work requires operating an agency located on or associated with a school campus, staffed by a nurse practitioner to deliver on-site clinical services. The requested services cover sick-call visits for minor illnesses or injuries, school-required immunizations, and school-required physical examinations, including athletic physicals. The provider must also supply medical equipment, supplies, and support personnel to manage intake, consent tracking, appointment coordination, and billing-related functions. Eligible organizations must be onshore United States organizations. The performance of all clinical and operational work must take place onsite at the designated school campus location.
