Before and After School Care Operator Service

The Rocky View Schools authority in Airdrie, Alberta is seeking a qualified individual or group to operate a fee-based before and after school care program at an elementary school. The agency needs to solve the child care needs of local families by utilizing school space for supervised care outside of regular instructional hours. School principals and staff will collaborate with the selected operator to facilitate the integration of the program within the school facility. The scope of work requires the operator to run the program on school days from 6:30 AM until the start of the school day, and from the end of the school day until 6:00 PM. These operational hours may vary if the operator and the agency agree to amendments based on parental needs. The agency is establishing a contract period that will run for three years, and all services must be performed onsite at the designated elementary school. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in Canada. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and fee structure per child.
