Walk-In Physician Nonpersonal Services

The Department of Health and Human Services, through its local authority in Window Rock, Arizona, requires walk-in physician nonpersonal services to support outpatient care. The agency is seeking outpatient Family Practice and General Medicine Physician services to manage patient observations, diagnose underlying diseases, and execute treatment plans. The selected physician will assume responsibility for the diagnosis, prevention therapy, maintenance, and rehabilitation of patients in the capacity of a senior specialist or expert. The scope of work covers conducting outpatient clinics and performing peer reviews subject to Joint Commission standards. The physician must work shifts arranged by the Chief of Acute Care Services, which may extend beyond 5:00 p.m. to accommodate increased workloads, patient transports to higher levels of care, time-sensitive projects, or required training. All services must be performed onsite at the government facility in Window Rock, Arizona. Eligibility for this opportunity is strictly limited to Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) that are onshore United States organizations.
