The City of Arlington, Texas, requires professional services to support municipal infrastructure and engineering projects. The agency needs to address various technical, logistical, and administrative challenges that arise during pipeline maintenance, facility location, and construction planning. The selected provider will resolve these issues by conducting field assessments, preparing legal documentation, and coordinating directly with local property owners. The scope of work covers additional video inspection or pipeline cleaning, as well as subsurface excavation when necessary to locate existing facilities. The provider must prepare legal descriptions and plats, perform geotechnical assessments to determine soil, water table, or trenching characteristics, and redraw construction plan sheets if project scopes change after final plan submission. Additionally, the agency requires the provider to observe on-site conditions to evaluate exposed conditions, dewatering techniques, or changed conditions, coordinate with landowners for right-of-entry, and deliver additional full-size or half-size final plan sets and specifications. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all performance of the work to occur onsite in Arlington, Texas. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for these services. The agency will host a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on June 9, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 20, 2026.
