Employee and Family Assistance Program Service

The agency requires twenty-four-seven intake, crisis counselling, and emergency response capabilities, including access to qualified crisis and trauma response services on a twenty-four-seven basis. Performance of the work will take place either onsite or offsite over a contract period of five years. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located in Canada.
