Program and Project Management Services

The Town of Los Gatos, California is seeking a consultant to provide comprehensive Capital Improvement Program and project management services. The agency needs support for its ongoing investment in public infrastructure and community facilities. This initiative will assist Town staff with professional engineering, project management, contract administration, and program delivery services to successfully plan, design, and implement a diverse portfolio of capital projects. The scope of work covers managing projects through all phases of delivery, including project planning, environmental review, design coordination, permitting, procurement, construction administration, budget management, stakeholder coordination, and project closeout. The selected partner will develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets while coordinating with Town staff, contractors, and other stakeholders. Additionally, the agency requires the consultant to ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations, prepare and present project status reports, develop and implement community outreach plans, organize and facilitate public meetings, and prepare informational materials. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. The buyer has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the financial framework.
