General Toll Consultant Services

The Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority in Tampa, Florida is seeking professional General Tolling Consultant services on an as-needed basis to support its electronic toll collection systems. The agency requires assistance with transaction processing, revenue collection, transaction and revenue lifecycle reconciliation, data analysis, facility planning, civil infrastructure design, and debt collection for unpaid tolls.
