Contingency Management Service

The Morris County government authority in New Jersey is seeking a provider to implement a contingency management service for individuals with substance use disorder. The selected provider will design and deliver a behavioral treatment approach that uses voucher-based or prize-based incentives to encourage individuals to complete specific treatment goals. These goals will be tailored to each individual and will include treatment attendance, medication adherence, and abstinence from specific substances. The provider must evaluate and record how and when participants meet their goals, as well as manage the distribution of incentives over the course of treatment. The agency is contracting this service for a one-year period, and the work will be performed offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 11, 2026.
