Maternal, Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting Initiative Service

The City of Boston, Massachusetts, is seeking a vendor to provide maternal, infant, and early childhood home visiting initiative services. The agency needs to maintain program capacity and enrollment while actively recruiting and retaining eligible families to minimize attrition rates. To support these families, the selected provider must collaborate with early childhood partners and implement an approved evidence-based home visiting service delivery model with fidelity. The scope of work requires the provider to develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure high-quality reflective supervision program-wide. The agency also requires the collection and reporting of accurate and complete data to demonstrate that all contractual requirements are met for annual reports. All performance of the contracted work will occur offsite. Only organizations based onshore within the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency is requesting budget proposals from bidders to determine the cost of the one-year contract. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this procurement no later than June 12, 2026.
