Before and After School Care Operator Service

The Rocky View Schools authority in Airdrie, Alberta is seeking a qualified individual or group to operate a fee-based before and after school care program at an elementary school. The agency needs to solve the child care needs of local families by providing a reliable, onsite program on school days. School principals and staff will collaborate with the selected operator to facilitate the program within the school facility. The scope of work requires the operator to run the program from 6:30 AM until the start of the school day, and from the end of the school day until 6:00 PM. These operational hours may vary if the operator and the agency agree to amended times based on the needs of the parents. The agency is establishing a contract period that will run for three years. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in Canada. The agency requires the performance of all work to take place onsite at the designated elementary school. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and fee structure, which will be charged on a per-child basis.
