The Lakeland, Florida government authority is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive legal services, counsel, consultation, and opinions. The selected legal counsel will deliver advice in-person, virtually, by telephone, via e-mail, or in writing. The agency requires assistance with customary legal services, including seeking necessary opinions, letter rulings, or other documentation on legal matters and advising on prudent courses of action. The scope of work covers counseling and participating in real estate agreements, funding agreements, service agreements, easement agreements, ownership agreements, agreements for use, leases, inter-local agreements, and related transactions. The legal provider will also counsel and participate in any other legal affairs of interest to the operations of the authority. The agency requires the vendor to perform all work offsite from the vendor's own office location. Eligibility is restricted to United States organizations only. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for these services. A pre-proposal meeting will take place on June 25, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 9, 2026.
