Potable Water Quality Improvement Initiative and Chlorine Boosting Strategy Service

The City of Calgary is seeking a multi-disciplinary consulting partner to support its Water Quality Improvement Initiative. The municipality needs to improve its approach to chlorine residual management and overall water quality across the entire potable water system. This planning-level assignment must provide a structured, defensible basis for evaluating alternatives and supporting future operational and capital planning decisions. The scope of work covers planning and strategic consulting services to develop a comprehensive chlorine boosting strategy. The selected consultant will perform all work offsite. Detailed specifications and the main request for proposal document must be obtained directly from the purchasing agency via email. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore Canadian organizations.
