Professional Lobbying Services

The City of Hialeah, Florida, is seeking professional lobbying services to represent its municipal interests across various departments, including public safety, parks and recreation, public works, water and sewer, planning, building and zoning, code enforcement, and community development. The selected contractor must collaborate with the mayor, city council, and city department and division directors to identify, define, and prioritize the city's legislative and appropriation goals for each annual cycle. Additionally, the representative must identify and actively lobby against legislation deemed detrimental to the city's interests or its authority to govern. The agency is restricting eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The scope of work requires the performance of all lobbying services to be conducted offsite.
