Facility Condition Assessment Services

The City of St. Cloud, Florida is seeking a qualified vendor to perform a comprehensive Facility Condition Assessment of all city-owned buildings. The agency needs to evaluate the current condition, maintenance backlog, and remaining useful life of various building components to plan future maintenance and capital improvements. This assessment must cover structural systems, the building envelope, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, life safety systems, interior finishes, and accessibility components. The scope also includes evaluating site improvements associated with the buildings, such as sidewalks, lighting, drainage, and parking. The selected vendor must deliver a comprehensive Facility Condition Assessment Report that estimates corrective and replacement costs for each building system. The report must classify recommendations and provide condition ratings and costing for the evaluated systems. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency expects the performance of the work to take place offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 17, 2026.
