The City of Maywood, California is seeking a partner to provide citation processing, parking permit administration, administrative citation, collections, and parking and code enforcement support services. The agency needs to establish a citation processing management, permit collection, and database system that offers parking customers a seamless experience and provides staff with the necessary tools to manage daily parking operations. To solve the problem of transition, the selected provider must deliver all implementation services required to ensure continuity of operations, including data migration from the existing system, staff training, testing, onboarding, and coordination with applicable state agencies. The scope of work covers the administration and management of overnight parking permits, which includes permit issuance, renewals, enforcement integration, payment processing, and reporting capabilities. The agency requires the maintenance of industry-standard cybersecurity protections, such as secure hosting environments, encrypted payment processing, regular system backups, disaster recovery capabilities, and compliance with data security and payment processing standards. Performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States of America.
