The City of Maywood, California is seeking a partner to provide citation processing, parking permit administration, administrative citation, collections, and parking and code enforcement support services. The agency needs to establish a citation processing management, permit collection, and database system that offers parking customers a seamless experience. Through this initiative, the agency aims to equip its staff with the necessary tools to manage daily parking operations effectively. The scope of work covers all transition and implementation services required to ensure continuity of operations, including migrating data from the city's existing citation processing system. The selected partner must handle staff training, system testing, onboarding, and coordination with applicable state agencies. Additionally, the project requires the administration and management of overnight parking permits, which includes permit issuance, renewals, enforcement integration, payment processing, and reporting capabilities. The agency requires the maintenance of industry-standard cybersecurity protections throughout the contract. These protections must include secure hosting environments, encrypted payment processing, regular system backups, disaster recovery capabilities, and compliance with applicable data security and payment processing standards. Performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States.
