Various Forms, Checks, Deposit Slips, Cash Receipt Stock Print and Deliver Services

The Hawaii-based government authority is seeking a vendor to print and deliver various forms, checks, deposit slips, and cash receipt stock. The agency needs these printed materials to support its administrative, school, and financial operations. The scope of work covers the production of purchase order books and receipt books containing fifty sheets per book, as well as organizational time sheets and temporary assignment notifications packaged in groups of fifty. The agency also requires cut sheet laser checks for the Student Activity Fund and cut sheet three-up deposit slips, both with a minimum order quantity of two hundred fifty. Additionally, the project includes cut sheet three-up canary receipt stock with a minimum order quantity of five hundred. All production and performance of the work must occur offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency accepts digital proposal submissions sent via email or through their online portal.
