Print and Mail Solution

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a fully hosted print and mail services solution. This solution must interface with existing and future water applications and systems, allowing personnel to search for accounts by account number and service address at a minimum. The system must also allow personnel to reject specific bills, letters, and notices within a given file. The requested solution must integrate with VertexOne’s Customer Advantage portal to enable customers to start and stop service, view and pay bills, monitor daily water usage, and set leak alerts via SMS or email. Personnel and customers must have the ability to view archived bills within the interface and the VertexOne portal, while archived letters and notices must be viewable via SAP Document Advantage. The selected vendor must provide customer support to personnel during business hours and establish clear procedures for after-hours support. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite over a contract period of five years. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. The agency has scheduled a mandatory pre-bid meeting for June 23, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 30, 2026.
