RFI for Sentinel Scheduling Support Services

The Department of the Air Force, specifically supporting the Sentinel program in Utah, is seeking information to identify vendors capable of providing comprehensive scheduling support services. The agency needs to manage a large and complex Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), perform database administration, and execute strategic program planning. This effort aims to solve the challenge of maintaining schedule integrity through critical path analysis, data integration with Earned Value Management systems, and dedicated user support. The scope of work covers Oracle Database Administration to manage, maintain, secure, and optimize the hosting environment. Additionally, the agency requires master planning and strategic support to develop and synchronize the program-level IMS, conduct quantitative schedule risk assessments, model scenarios, and enforce baseline change management. The selected provider will also develop executive-level dashboards, support governance bodies, and provide scheduling inputs for key acquisition documents and milestone reviews. Eligible respondents must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency specifies that the performance of this work will occur offsite.
