Comprehensive Safety Action Plan Service

The City of Pooler, Georgia, is seeking professional consulting services to prepare a comprehensive safe streets and roads for all safety action plan. The agency is trying to solve the problem of roadway fatalities and serious injuries on all public roadways within the city limits, including both state routes and locally maintained streets. The project aims to establish leadership commitment, set clear safety goals, foster engagement and collaboration, and develop strategy and project selections. The scope of work covers all aspects of project management, technical analysis, stakeholder engagement, coordination, and the preparation of all documents and deliverables necessary to complete a compliant safety action plan. The agency will support the selected vendor by providing available existing transportation plans, studies, and data, as well as designating a single point of contact to ensure progress and transparency. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The performance of the requested work will take place offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 31, 2026.
