Professional Instructional Leadership and Coaching Learning Series Service

The Wake County Public School System in Raleigh, North Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide a professional instructional leadership and coaching learning series service. The agency is attempting to improve standards-aligned instruction, feedback and coaching practices, high-impact instructional strategies, and coaching and feedback labs. The selected vendor will deliver training on standards-aligned learning targets, alignment of assignments and instruction, thirty-second feedback, instructional coaching practices, and practical walkthrough feedback systems. The scope of work also requires the vendor to address high-impact instructional strategies, including student engagement practices, teaching studies, and distributed summarizing. Additionally, the agency requires coaching and feedback labs consisting of classroom visits, observation cycles, coaching labs, and reflective instructional walkthroughs. The agency allows the performance of this work to occur either onsite or offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and will award a contract period of one year. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 12, 2026.
