Out of State Litigation Services

The Maine revenue authority is seeking out-of-state litigation services to recover outstanding debts and enforce judgments outside of Maine. The agency needs to solve the problem of collecting revenue from debtors who reside, own property, or operate businesses in other states. Eligible bidders must be located onshore within the United States, and the performance of the work must be conducted onsite. The agency is looking for budget proposals and will accept bid submissions digitally via email or through their online portal.
