Employment and Income Verification Services

The District of Columbia Housing Authority is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive employment and income verification services. This agency requires these services to support the Housing Choice Voucher Program and other administered housing assistance programs. The selected provider will help the agency verify eligibility and administer programs by delivering accurate financial and employment data for applicants, participants, and household members. The scope of work covers the verification of current and historical employment, wages, salary, self-employment income when available, and unemployment benefits. The agency requires reports containing employer names and addresses, employment dates, job titles, employment status, and payment frequencies. The requested services also include reporting rate of pay, gross earnings, annualized income, overtime, bonuses, commissions, tips, and any identified discrepancies. The agency limits eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The contractor will perform all work offsite over a contract period of one year.
