Grant Program Service

The Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources is seeking a vendor to provide a grant program service to support agricultural businesses. The agency aims to expand educational and technical assistance initiatives while avoiding duplication of effort. The selected partner will collaborate with department staff on workshops, listening sessions, classes, webinars, and virtual meetings, sharing templates and programs whenever permitted. The scope of work requires the vendor to assist agricultural businesses with grant writing training through one-on-one sessions or group workshops. The agency is looking for new program initiatives that have not been funded currently or in the past. Additionally, the project requires a detailed plan to attract regional partners among traditional and non-traditional groups to support and promote agriculture in the region. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. Proposals must clearly demonstrate leveraged matching funds and show a demonstrated effort to leverage other dollars through regional partnerships. The agency is currently looking for budget proposals, and bidders may submit their responses digitally via email or online.
