RFI for Housing, Re-entry, and Supportive Services

The government authority in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking information to identify vendors capable of providing comprehensive housing, re-entry, and supportive services for homeless adult males upon their release, including individuals required to register as sex offenders. The authority needs a structured housing approach paired with wraparound services to solve the challenges of community reintegration and housing instability. Desired services include employment readiness, job placement, life skills development, behavioral health support, substance use services, case management, and assistance with accessing public benefits and identification documents. The scope of work covers multiple housing options within a housing stabilization continuum, specifically emergency shelter, transitional housing, sober living, and permanent supportive housing.
