The government authority located in Nashville, Tennessee is seeking lodging services to accommodate its members during regular two-day drills and Super Drills. The agency requires clean, smoke-free single and double occupancy hotel rooms to solve its personnel housing needs during these training periods. Guest rooms must feature entry doors that open into an interior hallway, and each entrance door must have both a primary lock and a secondary deadbolt lock. The scope of work covers specific check-in schedules based on drill types and authorization levels. For regular two-day drills, members authorized for two nights will check in on Friday night, while members authorized for one night will check in on Saturday night. During Super Drills, members authorized for four nights will check in the night before the drill begins, and members authorized for three nights will check in on the night of the first day of drill. The lodging facility must also provide fully functioning, user-owned video surveillance with one hundred percent coverage of the main desk and all entryways and doors, alongside fully and well-lit parking lots. The agency is limiting eligibility to United States organizations, and the performance of the work must take place onsite at the lodging facility. The contract period will run for one year. The agency is looking for proposals to establish the budget for these services. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 14, 2026.
