RFI for Sentinel Scheduling Support Services

The United States Air Force, specifically the Sentinel program authority located in Utah, is seeking information to identify qualified vendors capable of providing comprehensive sentinel scheduling support services. The agency needs to manage a large and complex Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), perform database administration, and execute strategic program planning to ensure successful program execution. This effort addresses the challenge of coordinating critical path analysis, integrating data with Earned Value Management systems, and providing technical user support across the program. The scope of work covers Oracle Database Administration, which includes the management, maintenance, security, and optimization of the hosting database environment. The requested services also encompass master planning and strategic support to develop and synchronize the program-level IMS, conduct quantitative schedule risk assessments, perform what-if scenario modeling, and enforce baseline change management. Additionally, the selected partner must develop executive-level dashboards, respond to data calls, support governance bodies, and provide scheduling inputs for key acquisition documents and milestone reviews, including Integrated Baseline Reviews. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite.
