Comprehensive Safety Action Plan Service

The City of Pooler, Georgia, is seeking professional consulting services to prepare a comprehensive safe streets and roads for all safety action plan. The agency is trying to solve the problem of roadway fatalities and serious injuries on all public roadways within the city limits, including both state routes and locally maintained streets. The project aims to establish leadership commitment, set safety goals, foster engagement and collaboration, and determine strategy and project selections. The scope of work covers all aspects of project management, technical analysis, stakeholder engagement, coordination, and the preparation of all documents and deliverables necessary to complete a compliant safety action plan. The agency will support this effort by providing available existing transportation plans, studies, and data, and by designating a single point of contact. The final plan must demonstrate progress and transparency in addressing roadway safety. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
