One Stop Operator Service

The Orange County Workforce Development Board in Goshen, New York, is seeking a vendor to serve as the One-Stop Operator for the local one-stop service delivery system. The agency needs to coordinate its network of required partners and service providers to improve system flow, customer engagement, and overall performance. To solve these coordination challenges, the selected operator will facilitate communication and collaboration among all stakeholders in the local workforce system. The scope of work requires the operator to convene and facilitate at least four meetings per program year with required partners and providers. For each meeting, the operator must develop the agenda, prepare detailed meeting notes, and submit a written summary report to the agency. Additionally, the operator will support the agency in establishing benchmarks to measure system progress, customer service quality, and operational performance. Eligible bidders must be organizations based entirely within the United States. The agency requires the selected vendor to perform all work onsite in Goshen, New York. Bidders may submit their proposals digitally either through email or through the designated online portal. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for this initiative.
