Districtwide Job Description Review and Modernization Services

The scope of work requires conducting a comprehensive audit of all existing district job descriptions and assessing their consistency, quality, structure, and compliance. The selected vendor must facilitate a structured stakeholder engagement process involving employees, supervisors, administrators, and district leadership to validate current duties and ensure descriptions reflect actual operational practices. Additionally, the project involves updating and standardizing all descriptions using consistent formatting, terminology, competencies, and inclusive, professional language based on current human resources best practices. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The district requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the designated online portal, and the district is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
