Professional Event Planner Services

The New Mexico Public Education Department Priority Schools Bureau is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive professional event planning services. The agency needs to solve the logistical challenges of managing both virtual and in-person professional development events, including the distribution of materials and the maintenance of digital platforms. The selected partner must maintain various subscription services, manage the bureau's website and program microsites, and direct social media efforts for several initiatives. The scope of work covers storing, handling, maintaining inventory, and shipping books, materials, and technology. For virtual events, the agency requires the management of a Virtual Attendee Hub and online registration, alongside electronic attendance tracking with hard copies provided afterward. For in-person events, the agency requires materials, supplies, electronic and hard-copy attendance tracking, professional graphic design for all event materials, and the printing of agendas and event templates. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the online portal, and the agency is currently open to proposals regarding the budget.
