The United States Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking a content creation partner to produce twelve high-fidelity, cinematic, television-commercial-style videos. The agency needs to engage with its online audiences on policy priorities through a dynamic digital presence. To achieve this, the video series must demonstrate a diverse range of production styles, including stop-motion, 2D and 3D animation, and high-quality, live-action production. The scope of work covers the entire production lifecycle, beginning with the creation of visual storyboards, shot charts, and script proposals. The selected partner must capture high-quality footage and clear audio using professional equipment, ensuring copyright compliance for all background music and licensed stock or B-roll footage. Deliverables include editing the footage into cohesive final products, providing final high-resolution master files and web-optimized MP4s via a cloud platform, and delivering caption files in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. The agency requires all produced content to be optimized for high-impact distribution on Instagram Reels, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations, though the performance of the work will be conducted offsite. The contract period will span one year, and the agency is currently looking for budget proposals to determine the project funding.
