Educational Video Production and Virtual Tour Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide educational video production and virtual tour services to support on-site and online learning. The project requires the development, planning, production, and post-production of a bilingual educational video series and related digital assets. The selected vendor will produce educational videos covering up to sixteen topics in both English and Spanish, resulting in thirty-two total videos, along with additional social media clips and promotional assets. The scope of work spans creative development, pre-production, production, asset capture, and post-production. The agency requires the translation of goals and vision into scripts, storyboards, and production plans. Production must deliver high-quality videos through filming, animation, and augmented reality capabilities, while post-production must include editing and motion graphics to prepare the bilingual videos for viewing at the SEC facility and online. The agency requires online access capabilities for the completed videos, including QR code access for each video and mobile-responsive versions. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The vendor will perform all work offsite, and the agency is currently looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of the project.
